I grew up in Cà Mau — the southernmost tip of Vietnam, where the Mekong Delta meets the sea. It's a place of lotus-lined waterways, floating river markets at dawn, and the most aromatic teas you'll ever taste.
After moving through the streets of Sài Gòn and eventually finding home in Houston, I couldn't shake my craving for that same warmth — the kind you feel holding a warm cup while boats drift past on the canal. So I started making it myself.
Every drink at Ellby Tea is a little piece of home. Fresh-brewed, made to order, and poured with the same care my mẹ (mom) put into everything she made.
